B’ville Express – Job Description
Position Title: Transportation Coordinator
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule:
•    Monday through Friday
•    9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Position Summary:
B’ville Express is seeking a dependable and organized Transportation Coordinator to assist with daily program operations at Canton Woods Sr. Center. This role involves coordinating rides, maintaining records, working with drivers and riders, and supporting county reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with the elderly population and in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:
•    Recruit and coordinate drivers
•    Register riders and manage required waivers
•    Schedule transportation rides
•    Maintain accurate records and documentation
•    Complete required reporting for the County
•    Attend all mandatory meetings
•    Promote the B’ville Express program within the community
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    Computer skills required, including Word, Excel, email, and GPS systems
•    Strong telephone and communication skills
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Knowledge of and ability to work well with the elderly population
•    Ability to work efficiently in a busy setting
